Research/Scholarship Interests

Bork's clinical research interests are focused on severe asthma, airways disease and respiratory biologics. In addition, research interests are focused in APRN role with a focus on APRN outcomes, advancement and recognition structures, and post-degree education programs.

Area of Current Clinical Practice

Bork's area of current clinical practice is adult pulmonology with a specialty in asthma and severe airways disease. Previous experience includes urgent care and pediatric and adult allergy, asthma and immunology. 

Teaching

Bork teaches didactic courses primarily in the graduate program in advanced physical assessment and complex disease management. She also teaches clinical practicum and mentors FNP students.

Bork serves as a faculty conference planner and member of the National Association of Pulmonary Advanced Practice Providers.
