The baccalaureate degree in nursing, master's degree in nursing, post-graduate APRN certificate program, and the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at the VCU School of Nursing are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (www.aacn.nche.edu/ccne-accreditation). In addition, the baccalaureate degree in nursing, master's degree in nursing, and post-master's certificate program are accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (http://www.acenursing.org/).
We strongly encourage you to attend an information session to learn more about our programs and the application process. Annual security and fire safety report
Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is committed to assisting all members of the community in providing for their own safety and security. As required by federal law (The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, 20 U.S.C.1092(f), known as the “Clery Act”), the university publishes an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report, which contains information regarding campus security, crime reporting policies, personal safety and crime prevention, and fire and crime statistics for our various campus locations.
