Undergraduate
Traditional B.S.
Guaranteed admission is offered through the VCU Honors College Guaranteed Admission Program and for eligible VCU ROTC students.
RN to B.S.
Guaranteed admission for VCCS graduates who meet admission requirements. Qualified students from John Tyler/Brightpoint, Southside Virginia, Rappahannock and Reynolds Community Colleges may be eligible for co-enrollment. This allows students to complete courses in their community college nursing programs and VCU’s RN-BS program concurrently.
Graduate
All students who graduate with the minimum of a bachelor’s degree from the VCU School of Nursing are guaranteed admission to any SON graduate programs provided they meet the requirements for admission and program space availability. Guaranteed admission for all programs is limited by the total number of positions available in each respective program.
