I want to earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing and I'm working on my associate's degree in nursing a Brightpoint, Reynolds, Rappahannock or Southside Virginia community college
Worried about balancing school with your busy life?
Nursing school is a serious time commitment. Students may spend up to 40 hours a week in class, clinicals and studying. We have resources to support you while you earn your degree.
If you’ve begun a bachelor’s degree at another school, the best time to transfer to VCU’s School of Nursing is before you have started taking nursing courses. You may be able to apply your existing courses towards the prerequisites for the nursing degree at VCU.
