More than 200 families are participating in a VCU School of Nursing research project as part of a nationwide study to better understand the long-term health impacts of COVID-19 on our youngest populations.
Now in its tenth year, the Richmond Health and Wellness Program brings care coordination to the doorstep of vulnerable communities in central Virginia.
The newly funded study will focus on serving Richmond’s minority, low-income or low-education community members and, if effective, could be replicated elsewhere.
