Meet Lathika Mohanraj, Ph.D., RN, BMTCN, a nurse researcher and assistant professor who blends her doctoral training in biochemistry and molecular biology with her clinical expertise in nursing to advance blood cancer research. Her work focuses on understanding the effects of cancer treatments, identifying biomarkers that could improve the detection and monitoring of patients at risk for complications after treatment.
