Bio
Lindsay Tierney, Ed.D., began her career working in neuropsychology as a psychometrist, which eventually led to working within student affairs in higher education for nearly a decade, with such roles as director of accessibility resources and assistant dean of students. Beginning in 2021, Tierney decided to compile her 15+ years of experience, education and research in working with college students into working as an academic coach. She specializes in working with neurodivergent students, specifically those with ADHD and anxiety. Tierney also teaches at VCU in first-year student success courses.
