Research/Scholarship Interests

Falk focuses on the scholarship of teaching and learning, specifically on developing innovative strategies for improving the quality of nursing education.

Teaching

Falk teaches across the spectrum of the undergraduate curriculum from the fundamentals level to the critical care level, with a heavy focus in the clinical environment of these courses.

Professional Service

Falk is an active member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and Greater Richmond Area Chapter (GRAC) of the AACN. She is an active member of the undergraduate program committee and has served as the Nursing Students Without Borders faculty advisor since 2016.
