Bio
Natalie Mansion is serving as the on-site coordinator for the Mobile Health and Wellness Program concentrating on the urban site locations. In her role, Mansion focuses on addressing social determinants of health to improve the quality of life for older adults living on a limited income in underserved communities. As a gerontologist, Mansion is passionate about improving access to age-friendly health systems and mentoring health professional students about the social factors of aging to reduce implicit and explicit biases when providing care. She specializes in community engagement, care coordination and management, trauma informed care and student training. Mansion resonates with the Betty Friedan quote, "Aging is not lost youth but a new stage of opportunity and strength." Outside of work, she enjoys going on long walks, embroidery and trying new local restaurants.
