Teaching
Cloutier teaches courses in the graduate practice program, primarily in the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner concentration, focusing on clinical procedures, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care didactic and clinical coursework. Furthermore, she serves as the AGACNP concentration lead and mentors and advises students throughout their programs.

Cloutier is an active member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners Richmond Region (VCNP), Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She also serves as a volunteer for the VCU Honor Council and on the VCU Library Advisory Committee.
