Research/Scholarship Interests
Bork's clinical research interests are focused on severe asthma, airways disease and respiratory biologics. In addition, research interests are focused in APRN role with a focus on APRN outcomes, advancement and recognition structures, and post-degree education programs.
Area of Current Clinical Practice
Bork currently clinical practice is in adult pulmonology at VCUHS with a specific focus in airways disease, severe asthma and the use of respiratory biologics.
Teaching
Bork teaches courses in the graduate program including advanced health assessment, women and child health, complex clinical care and clinical practicum.

Professional Service
Bork serves as a faculty conference planner and member of the National Association of Pulmonary Advanced Practice Providers. She is also an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Virginia Council for Nurse Practitioners and National Organization for Nurse Practitioner Faculty.
